Lure is a platform where users can create, discover and financially support live moments via boosts. Lure is a sole proprietorship owned by Lucas Killian, based in the Netherlands.

By using the app you agree to these terms. If you no longer agree, stop using the app and delete your account.
You are responsible for your account and everything that happens under it. Keep your login details safe. Don't share your password.
You may only create one account. Multiple accounts are not allowed.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Lure.
To send or receive boosts you must be at least 18 years old or have explicit permission from a parent or guardian.
We may suspend or remove your account if you violate these terms, if we suspect abuse, or if you use the app in a way that harms others.
Lure is for real live moments. You may not use the app for:
— Creating fake Lures or misleading others about the content of a Lure
— Spam, advertising or promotion without permission from Lure
— Harassment, threats or bullying of other users
— Sharing illegal content or content that infringes on others' rights
— Bypassing technical security measures
— Automated access via bots or scripts
— Illegal activities or money laundering
We reserve the right to remove any Lure that violates these terms or that we deem inappropriate, without stating reasons.
Everything you post on Lure — text, photos, videos — remains yours. By posting it you give Lure permission to display that content within the app to other users.
You are responsible for the content you post. You guarantee that your content does not infringe on others' rights and does not violate the law.
Boosts are voluntary financial contributions from users to Lure creators. A boost gives no right to something in return, unless the creator has explicitly promised this via a Challenge goal.
Commission: Lure takes 7.5% commission on every boost. Stripe transaction fees are deducted at payout. The creator receives the remaining amount.
Boost limits: free accounts have a maximum boost cap of €25 per Lure. Lure+ and Business accounts have no boost cap. Charity Lures have no boost cap regardless of account type.
Payouts: processed weekly via Stripe to the provided IBAN. Lure is not liable for delays caused by technical issues at Stripe or incorrect bank details provided by the user.
Refunds: boosts are final and non-refundable, unless there is fraud or a technical error on our side. Contact hi@joinlure.com in that case.
Challenge goals: if a creator sets a Challenge goal and that goal is not reached within the Lure's duration, the creator decides what happens with the received boosts. Lure is not liable for this.
Charity Lures: when a creator enables a charity on their Lure, all boosts go directly to that charity. Lure transfers these funds on behalf of the creator. Stripe transaction fees apply. Charity boosts are final and non-refundable.
Lure is a platform that connects users. We are not liable for:
— Content created by users
— Transactions or agreements between users
— Damage due to technical failures, maintenance or unavailability of the app
— Damage due to unauthorised access to your account as a result of negligence on your part
— Indirect damage, consequential damage or lost revenue
Our total liability is in all cases limited to the amount you paid via Lure in the past 3 months.
We do our best to keep Lure available at all times but give no guarantees. We may take the app offline for maintenance or updates. We reserve the right to modify, add or remove features at any time.
Everything Lure has created — the logo, name, design, code — is property of Lure and may not be copied, used or distributed without written permission. The name "Lure" and its logo are trade names of Lucas Killian.
You can delete your account at any time via the app. After deletion your data is removed within 30 days, except for payment data which we must keep for 7 years by law.
We may terminate your account if you violate these terms. In case of fraud or serious abuse we may do this without prior warning.
We may update these terms. We will notify you of important changes via the app or by email. If you continue using the app after a change you agree to the new terms.
Dutch law applies to these terms. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands. We always prefer to resolve things amicably — just email hi@joinlure.com.
